It has the same plan design as the popular EverydayHealth HMO, plus exclusive access to Prosano Health Care Centers, where members pay $0 for primary care, preventive care, sick visits, behavioral health, and labs. No copays. No hidden fees.

What You Get at Prosano Health Care Centers

All of this is included with your premium when you use a Prosano Health Care Center:

• $0 care from Prosano Health providers, with doctors who take the time to get to know you
• Online scheduling with in-person and virtual visits
• Same-day or next-day care when you need it fast, and longer visits when you need more time
• Chronic condition support for diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and weight management
• Short-term counseling and behavioral health support, including grief and bereavement
• On-site labs, on-site prescriptions at some locations, and after-hours triage calls
• Direct connection to in-network specialists when you need more advanced care

You are never locked in to Prosano centers. If you want to see doctors outside of Prosano Health, you can use the plan's broader Focus network - including Banner Health, HonorHealth, Abrazo Health, Tucson Medical Center, and Carondelet Health Network - with standard cost sharing.

2026 EverydayHealth Prosano Plan Benefits

Are prescriptions available on site?

At some locations, Prosano Health Care Centers have in-house pharmacy dispensing for common medications, so you can leave your visit with your prescription in hand.
